Omschrijving
Measuring salinity with a refractometer is quicker and more reliable than with a hydrometer: a drop, lid closed, read. The KERN ORA-S comes in three versions.
The ORA 1SA (with automatic temperature compensation) and ORA 1SB read specific gravity 1.000-1.070 and salinity 0-100 ‰: the scale for marine aquaria, aquaculture and seawater research. The ORA 3SA combines Brix 0-32 % with NaCl 0-28 % (0.2 %), for brine, marinades, cheese baths and other salt solutions in the food industry, with ATC.
Several scales side by side prevent conversion errors. Finely engraved scale, adjustable eyepiece; maintenance-free. Included: storage box, calibration fluid, pipette, screwdriver and cleaning cloth.
