Right of return
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the online store are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately €6.95 per package, consult your carrier's website for the exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@weighingexperts.co.uk We will then refund the order amount due within 7 working days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

Exceptions
The law specifically includes a number of products that you may exclude, these products are:
- Products that are made according to customer specifications
This category includes products that are specifically manufactured according to the customer's specifications. Specific requirements apply for this. A product with, for example, 6 fixed choices that is only assembled after ordering is generally NOT included. A standard sofa with a choice of upholstery may therefore not be legally exempt. This also does NOT include a computer that is custom-assembled using standard parts. A chain in which the buyer's name is engraved or a case that is specially designed and made for the consumer. The method of presentation is important here. If you show different options for a product via a dropdown, this is generally regarded as standard. If you can actually manually specify measurements and personalizations to the centimeter, then this quickly becomes a case of customization.
- Hygienic products or products with a health risk where the seal has been broken
Products that cannot be returned after opening due to hygienic or health risks may be excluded from withdrawal. However, these products must be sealed. If the seal is not broken, the products can simply be returned. The right of withdrawal only expires after the seal has been broken. However, you must explicitly point this out to the consumer in advance. Examples of such products could be a jar of herbs or a baby pacifier. You cannot simply classify all products under this category, as a German judge recently ruled that a toilet seat can simply be returned.
