About Baxtran

Baxtran is the weighing brand of the Spanish company Giropes, a manufacturer that develops and produces its own weighing systems. The range runs from compact laboratory scales to platform scales, crane scales and heavier industrial applications. That in-house development shows in the indicators: many models come in several versions, with the interfaces the application requires.

Our authorisation

Giropes, the manufacturer of Baxtran, has authorised us to repair and recalibrate their weighing instruments, using original parts. Re-verification is arranged through the manufacturer.

What you can choose from

The range runs from 50 g to 30 tonnes. The finest readability is 0.1 mg. Which one you need depends on the smallest weight you still want to see: a scale that goes up to 30 tonnes reads more coarsely than one that stops at 50 g.

Verified or not

Of these 173 series, 85 can be supplied verified with the green M mark, 629 versions in total. You need that mark as soon as the weight determines what a customer pays. We supply scales verified from the factory; the initial verification is carried out by the manufacturer and re-verification is arranged through the manufacturer. See re-verification.

What weighing range do I need?

Take the heaviest item you will ever want to weigh and add the packaging or the pallet. A scale chosen with a much larger capacity reads more coarsely than necessary.

Yes. We are authorised by the manufacturer to repair and recalibrate, using original parts.
