Omschrijving
Brix is defined for sucrose; for other sugars that scale is not quite right. The KERN ORM-SU therefore has its own scale per sugar, so you read the correct concentration directly without correction factors.
The ORM 1SU measures fructose (0-68.9 %) and glucose (0-59.9 %), plus Brix 0-90 % and refractive index up to 1.5177 nD: for fruit juice, syrup and food research. The ORM 2SU measures lactose (0-16.5 %), maltose (0-15.6 %) and dextran (0-10.6 %), plus Brix 0-50 %: for dairy, malting and brewing, pharmacy and biotechnology. Resolution 0.1 %, accuracy 0.2 %.
Automatic temperature compensation, IP65 housing, calibration with distilled water, auto-off after 60 seconds. ISO calibration certificate to order.
