The WPL anti-vibration table is a vibration-free weighing table with a solid granite measuring top of 630 × 630 × 100 mm on a rigid, powder-coated steel frame. The heavy granite absorbs vibrations from machines, doors and foot traffic, so your analytical or precision balance achieves a more stable zero point and better repeatability. Four adjustable levelling feet let you level the table, even on an uneven floor.

Omschrijving
The WPL anti-vibration table is a vibration-free weighing table with a solid granite measuring top of 630 × 630 × 100 mm on a rigid, black powder-coated steel frame. The high mass of the granite absorbs vibrations from machines, doors and foot traffic, so your precision or analytical balance achieves a more stable zero point and better repeatability. With analytical and semi-micro balances in particular, the difference is immediately noticeable.
The granite is thermally stable, non-magnetic, wear-resistant and easy to clean, and rests in corner brackets on the frame. Four adjustable levelling feet with large base plates and locking nuts let you level the table exactly, even on an uneven floor. The working height is adjustable from 920 to 1020 mm.
Applications: calibration laboratories, pharmaceutical and chemical laboratories, quality departments in ISO and GMP environments, and production areas with vibrations from machines, doors or foot traffic.
The granite top and the frame are also available separately, and the table and top can be made to measure for your balance or workstation. On request, MASSLAB calibrates your balance on site after installation and advises on the minimum sample weight. Delivered by pallet or freight.

Why a granite top?
Granite is heavy, thermally stable, non-magnetic and wear-resistant. Its high mass absorbs vibrations that would otherwise distort the weighing result, giving a more stable zero point and better repeatability.
Can I level the table on an uneven floor?
Yes. The four levelling feet with large round base plates are adjustable and lockable. The working height is adjustable from 920 to 1020 mm.
Are the top and frame available separately?
Yes. The granite top (for use on an existing workbench) and the steel frame with levelling feet are available separately, and the table and top can be made to measure for your balance or workstation. Contact us for a price.
Can you calibrate my balance after installation?
Yes. MASSLAB, our calibration laboratory, calibrates your laboratory balance on site after installation on the table and advises on the minimum sample weight.
